1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

[TIMAB FOUNDATION has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Our platform must never be used to create, upload, store, share, distribute, promote, solicit, facilitate, or otherwise enable content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

For purposes of this policy, a child or minor means any person under 18 years of age, regardless of the age of consent or other definitions that may apply under local law.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users must not use TIMAB FOUNDATION to:

  • Create, upload, post, transmit, distribute, request, sell, purchase, exchange, or otherwise make available CSAM.

  • Sexually exploit or abuse a child or facilitate the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child.

  • Groom, entice, coerce, threaten, manipulate, or solicit a child for sexual purposes.

  • Engage in sexual conversations or interactions with children for exploitative or abusive purposes.

  • Request, encourage, or pressure a child to create or share sexually explicit or sexually suggestive images, videos, livestreams, or other material.

  • Sexualize children through images, videos, text, audio, illustrations, animations, digitally created material, or other content.

  • Use our services to arrange or facilitate sexual contact or exploitation involving a child.

  • Advertise, promote, facilitate, or participate in child sex trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children.

  • Threaten to distribute sexual or intimate material involving a child, including for purposes of extortion or coercion.

  • Share links, instructions, search terms, locations, credentials, or other information intended to help another person locate or obtain CSAM.

  • Create, manipulate, or distribute AI-generated, synthetic, altered, or digitally manipulated sexual content depicting or representing children where prohibited by applicable law or this policy.

  • Encourage, normalize, glorify, or facilitate the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

Attempting to circumvent our safety systems or enforcement measures relating to child safety is also prohibited.

3. Reporting Suspected CSAE or CSAM

If you encounter content or behavior on TIMAB FOUNDATION that you believe involves child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or CSAM, please report it to your local police immediately.

Please provide, where possible:

  • A link or other identifier for the relevant account, page, post, or content.

  • A brief description of the concern.

  • Any other information that may help us locate and investigate the reported material.

Do not download, save, screenshot, redistribute, email, or otherwise reproduce suspected CSAM in order to report it. Instead, provide us with the location or identifier of the material.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services or law-enforcement authority.

4. Our Response and Enforcement

When we become aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may take appropriate action, including:

  • Removing or restricting access to prohibited content.

  • Suspending or permanently terminating accounts.

  • Restricting access to features or services.

  • Preserving relevant account or content information where required or permitted by law.

  • Investigating related accounts, activity, or content for additional violations.

  • Reporting apparent CSAM or child exploitation to the appropriate authorities or designated child-protection organizations where required by applicable law.

  • Cooperating with lawful investigations and valid legal requests.

Severe violations may result in immediate permanent account termination without prior warning.

5. Detection and Prevention

We may use a combination of user reports, human review, automated systems, technical safeguards, and other appropriate measures to detect, prevent, and respond to child sexual exploitation and abuse.

Where appropriate, we may take steps to prevent previously identified prohibited material from being uploaded or redistributed on our services.

Any such measures will be implemented subject to applicable laws, including relevant privacy and data-protection requirements.

6. Age and Child Safety

Users must comply with the minimum-age requirements stated in our Terms of Service.

Where our services permit minors to participate, we may implement additional safeguards designed to reduce the risk of grooming, unwanted contact, sexual exploitation, inappropriate content, and other forms of harm.

Adults are strictly prohibited from using our services to sexually exploit, groom, solicit, or otherwise endanger minors.

7. Cooperation With Authorities
